No need to season with salt. In a pan with 4-5 tbsp oil, sauté chopped white onion until soft. Add minced garlic and fry briefly. Season with thyme and curry powder. Add chopped white and green bell peppers and fry until they break down. Add minced beef and cook through. Season with chili flakes, Maggi cubes, paprika, white pepper, garlic powder and ginger powder. Mix well. Add ketchup and fry together. In a baking dish, layer: fried plantains, brush beaten eggs on top, minced beef filling, cheese mixed. Repeat layers: fried plantains, brush beaten eggs on top, minced beef filling, eggs again, then top generously with cheese. Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top.
