I have been a cake decorator,3rd generation, and I grew up doing everything with buttercream icing and never needed to use fondant for anything.

I know some of y'all gonna be liking fondant a lot, but at the same time, the customer's not wrong? Some people (myself included) doesn't like the heavily sweetened fondants and such 😅
