@hrnaeatz: Recipe ⤵️ The secret to the perfect flan every time! 🍮🤍 Ingredients: - 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk - 1 12 oz can evaporated milk - 2 whole eggs - 6 egg yolks - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 c sugar - 1/4 c water Directions: 1. Heat up a pot over medium heat. Add in your sugar & water. 2. Keep a close eye on it while it cooks. Try not to stir, if you have to just swirl the pan around instead of stirring. 3. Once the sugar is a nice amber color (about 10mins) quickly pour it into your baking dish. Swirl it around so it covers the sides & bottom. Set aside to cool. *You want the caramel to be set before you pour in your flan mixture. 4. Pour your egg yolks, eggs, salt, vanilla, condensed milk, and evaporated milk into a large bowl. Gently whisk till it’s all combined. No streaks at all! 5. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into your baking dish. Cover with foil. 6. Add your dish to a larger baking and fill it half way with hot water. 7. Bake at 325F for 50-60 mins. Until the sides are set but the center still has a slight jiggle. 8.
