i use these like every night, your hair has to be pre styled like blowed & curled lol!!

wash your hair normally but when it’s wet add volumizing mousse in your hair. get it as dry as possible with a blow dryer or air dry it till it’s basically dry but still has a tiny bit of damp!!

i would do it with washed hair and put mouse into it bc it helps hold the curls. i usually blow dry my hair and then put it into the rods overnight.

use a spray bottle to slightly wet your hair! also this works best if your hair is already curled/styled to preserve the curls/blowout
