Sometimes dentists remove them for dentures, if causing pain, or if obstructing your ability to breath/sleep properly. Otherwise just leave it be :)

Oh snap! I have that on my (r) upper, inner back teeth and two on my lower front, one on each side. I can't stand the lower ones they hurt when I get x-rays. Interesting. Thank you.

i was really excited to put a power chain and then the dentist told me that I wouldn't put regular power chains, she put some like metal ones and then regular braces color on top of that.i don’t understand why?
