Still working on the walking. Went from 500 steps a day to 5,000 and I feel like a new person. I am slowly increasing my step goal. Down 90 lbs since February. Going slow this time.

I replaced the rice in my bowls with potatoes after you mentioned it’s more satiating than rice. Game changer! I couldn’t even finish my bowl

Hey man, after every workout I always get really depressed for about an hour afterwards. Currently sitting approx 1500-2000 cal/day, 204lb, training 4-5 a week. Any advice?

after I started tracking I realized I used to eat probably 1000 calories in nuts in a sitting regularly.

my only issue is how far away the closest gym is and how expensive that one gym is. home workouts are alright but i feel like im not getting enough out of it and so many home routines feel lacking.

do you truly believe 1g per pound of body weight is necessary? I'm 154lbs and where I want to be, but probably only getting 80 grams per day right now. I'm a vegetarian so I guess I need to work on it

Depends on the person tho, i like working out 5-6 times a week because it makes my axiety go away

I've been getting daily 10k plus steps in for like the past month or 2, i track my calories, but don't weigh the food, but I'm still not losing any weight, workout probably 3 times a week
