The UV index isn’t reliably showing UV-A rays so if you’re dealing with e.g. hyperpigmentation and want to get rid of it, wear the sunscreen!!

truly only benefit to living in the north east. i have ppl ask how i have nice skin at almost 36 and it’s bc i literally never see the sun. i don’t think UV index goes above 1 for the next ten days

Hahha not in indonesia. We have to use ss everyday even use spf 50 PA ++++++++++++++ 😁😁😁 the average of uv index is 8 which is very high😁😁😁
