I use seed heating pads (I don't know the name in English) and heat them in the microwave, I think that would be safe for you 🥹

I don’t know if you’ve ever had someone read the safety manual to you but it says do NOT put boiling hot water in it. It deteriorates the inside of the hot water bottle too fast

a lot of people are reccomending rice/bean bags but they just aren't the same, they don't get as hot, don't stay hot for as long etc. HOWEVER you can get electric hot water bottles, you plug them in and the water inside boils, it automatically stops heating once it's boiled, the water is sealed inside so no risk of spills, i absolutely love mine. there's the added bonus of not needing to get out of bed to reheat it at night too. they're about £25 on amazon, literally cannot recommend enough

What if you filled Yoda with as much cool water as you want in him and then poured it into the kettle from there so you don't have to worry about overfilling?

I have an electrical water bottle. I just plug it in and it heats up. No risk of leaking. It stays warm super long and is safer.

My son got me an electric heating pad for Xmas last year. Game changer for cramps and no more hot water or rice packs that cool too fast.

you shouldn’t be putting boiling water into hot water bottles!! boil the water but give it a minute to cool down but obviously not to room temperature

Wasn’t it just on the news last year or something that you’re not supposed to use boiling water in these? 🫣 there was someone with burns because the bottle melted and boiling water leaked out
