I have spinning rings and I also got acrylics so I physically cannot pick bc I did the same thing. It’s helped me and my cuticles look a lot better

I’ve been doing that since I was little… my trick is to get gel nails. I find it harder to pick skin with fake nails. It’s been a godsend for me.

My aunt does this and she gets silicone finger protectors off Amazon and cuts the tops off if they have tops and wears them and no one ever notices and it helps!
