You have to activate WiFi connection on the dash cam after your initial connection. Found out the hard way. Good dash cam

I have one. Great video quality, down side is sometimes it doesn’t actually record when it says it is (rarely), the longest video loops is 5 mins and they self delete after about 3 hours unless saved
