Coat a frying pan with oil and sauté processed ingredients until fragrant. Place sautéd aromatics into a mixing bowl & add 1/3 Cup Kecap manis, 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, and 1 Tbsp Lime Juice and combine well. Place chicken thighs into a bowl and mix until chicken is coated, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight. Coat frying pan with 1 Tbsp of cooking oil and fry garlic on low to medium heat   Add peanut butter, coconut cream, water, 1 tbsp of Kecap Manis, lime juice, salt and chilli flakes then stir occasionally and cook until thick but still a runny consistency. Grill the chicken using medium/low heat for 3-5 minutes, each side  brushing each side with marinate sauce while cooking. Once cooked, slice chicken then set aside ready for assembly. Combine all salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl then squeeze lime and toss through. Place defrosted or fresh roti into a pan to toast lightly on each side. In the middle of the roti, place the salad mix followed by some sliced cucumbers and carrot then a serve of sliced chicken. Start rolling the roti tightly from one end, ensuring the fillings are contained within the roll. Use your fingers to press down and pack the fillings as you roll. Continue rolling until you reach the other end of the roti. Secure the wrap (optional): If needed, you can secure the wrap with toothpicks or wrap it in parchment or wax paper to hold it together.
