Peel and thinly slice the orange, placing the orange slices on the custard. 7. Gently fold and seal the edges of the galettes. Brush the edges with some orange juice. 8. Bake the galettes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 9. Remove the Orange Galettes from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle the edges with powdered sugar.
