@2guys1city: An exquisite feed we had at @tungthit_sizzlingsteak. We've been seeing chef Anthony everywhere on our socials and finally got down to try his creations. The carpaccio? Flavour bomb. The jalapeños gave it a nice kick, and the sesame rice cracker was a cool touch for wrapping. Not too heavy, even though it’s meat. Next up, the banh mi duo. The first was a gourmet take with crispy tiger bread, beef bone broth, and a peppery kick. Second one was short ribs - full of juicy, fall-apart beef - definitely the richer big brother. The Wellington was a standout: tender, medium-rare beef with a nice mustard base and buttery potato mash that melts in your mouth. The sizzling beef was smoky and perfect for sharing, with a Vietnamese chimichurri twist. Finished with a creamy, delicious crème brûlée + coconut ice cream. Great food, amazing service and a lovely birthday celebration - this spot is worth a visit with the fam or friends FOSHO.
