@thetelegraph: Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at Ukraine for the first time, Kyiv’s air force said. The missile was launched from Astrakhan and targeted critical infrastructure in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, it added. Ukrainian officials said Dnipro was also hit with other weapons including several cruise missiles and a medium range ballistic missile.
