My kitten only purs when we are in bed and he’s making biscuits on the blanket, but I can tell that overall he is a very happy cat. He was just weened too early 😅

I have one cat that only purrs low very occasionally and it does worry me a little. I have another that can’t or won’t meow, he only chirps or churrs.

My senior cat seems to get stuck purring 😂 She will start after some love and then go lay down. Like an hr later she still purring!

My cat passed away purring loudly, he was very frail and lying on the kitchen floor, clearly not happy at the time, it’s made me see purring totally differently 🥺

My girl only purrs for me. Although my sister also brought her up for 2 years whilst we lived together, she still has never been able to get her to purr but I touch her and she’s like a motorbike 😅

My Siberian is the most vocal, and purr”ie” cat I’ve ever had. Our tortie purrs super soft, can’t really hear it, can feel it though.
