Prune juice. I go to the hospital with my prune juice bottle, and start drinking as soon as I'm done with my c-sections. The PTSD from my first post c-section bowl movement haunts me till this day. 😭

The best thing I got for postpartum was adult diapers! They were especially great for night time. No need to worry about pads especially during the first week of postpartum.
