@loldarbyfit: Tonight’s dinner for Fat loss Quick and easy edition 😍 120g lean beef mince 200g pasta 1 tsp chilli seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/5 tsp chilli powder 100ml beef stock 1/4 onion 2 garlic ciabatta sticks 40g reduced fat cheese 100g green beans 5g olive oil 1. Chop the onion 2. Add the olive oil to the pan 3. Fry the onion in the garlic 4. Add the mince and fry to brown 5. Add the stock, passata and seasoning 6. Simmer for 10-12 mins until the beef is cooked through , add a little water if needed 7.
