@olibrandoncoaching: These are Foods which I eat a lot of when I’m gaining weight, so I tend to avoid them when I’m in a fat loss phase. I’m not saying you can’t eat certain foods when losing fat, because I will have the foods I’ve mentioned in the video from time to time during my fat loss phase But you have to be smart and swapping them certain foods out for a bit can make a big difference to your fat loss journey These swaps aren’t forever, its just for a period of time to make it easier to stick to the fat loss
