@sophiebakas: Candy cane cookies 🎁✨ Find recipe via the link in my bio 🎄 Ingredients: 225g unsalted butter (room temp.) 115g granulated sugar 10g vanilla sugar (optional) 65g powdered sugar 1 egg 400g all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt Red food coloring Instructions: Mix together the butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar Add the egg Stir in the flour and salt Divide dough in two and combine the red food coloring with one half Refrigerate for 1 hour Preheat oven to 180°C Measure 15g of each color dough and gently roll into 10 cm long log shapes Twist cookie dough together and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Bake at 180°C for 11 min Let the candy cane cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely #candycane #christmas #christmasbaking #christmasrecipe #christmascountdown #christmascookies #baking #Recipe #EasyRecipe
