may I ask why you need to medicate the dog before going to the vet? I'm not trying to moan or imply it's the wrong thing but I've had a rescue from Romania with horrific anxiety around everything but after a year of solid training and introducing him to everything in the world he became a confident dog even in situations that would have terrified him previously

My Vet had to send my wife home on day. He felt loopy from the traz and got aggressive with everyone because didn't feel he could protect his momma. She left he calmed right down.

My female just got diagnosed with arthritis! She was kinda limping but would still do a full blown sprint she is just 5 years old but the vet put her on Dasuquin and now she seems s back to her self

My vet always says two hour prior. Hatchet been on Traz, gaba, and other meds for his anxiety. 2.5-3 is the earliest after then 4 is the sweetest spot 😂

My female gets trazadone, gabapentin, and Sileo prior to the vet. She also gets a soft and a basket muzzle.. She has Pannus, and has other eye issues, she is too unpredictable otherwise. Love Hera!!
