Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this just mayo where you swap the eggs with garlic? I mean, I don't hate it. The recipe is just, well, literally the same. Oil, salt, lemon juice and egg for mayo.

important tip. remove any sprouts from the garlic when making toum or it can end up being a bit spicy. the fresher the garlic, the better the toum.
