I do the side of my thigh and it’s literally my sweet spot. Been on zepboumd since may and down 72 pounds. I honestly think it’s just finding the place that works for you.

Thigh for me was super easy, 0 side effects but also got 0 good effects too. I ate like crazy and drank alcohol. As if I wasn’t even on glp1 .. went back to my stomach this week.

I do the top towards the inner thigh so like 9 o clock ish on the thigh if you imagine the area like a clock. I pinch the fat gently on that area.

I prefer my thigh. I pinch the fat on the top/mid outer thigh and it is painless. The stomach was too hard for me with the wegovy pen since i have to push to activate it

It's a 2-dimensional image so the side of the thigh is ok. I drag my nail along my skin to find the least sensitive area so I know I'm not headed straight for a nerve.
