Coat your chicken in cornstarch, then pan fried until both sides are golden brown and crispy. Medium-high 5-6 mins per side Saute garlic and ginger and butter. 2. Sauté garlic ginger brown sugar and chilis for a few mins until fragrant then add soy sauce and cook on low for a 3-5 mins until thick 3.
