I’ve understood that we no longer consider plaque as the cause. Experiments in removing that plaque didn’t give us statistical significance of improvement.

it's not so easy I don't think, my mil never ate sugar didn't like sweets and are a lower carb diet and had Alzheimer's sometimes it's not that easy to explain
