Imo eagle artillery would've been better as an individual defense, with eagle artillery troops would be bombarded by a heavy damage shells even if they're out of range, now it's range is limited to where the townhall can reach. Another thing is, the Inferno like defense of Th16 deals more damage and melts troops much easily, it also targets multiple troops but at the same time deals more consistent damage around it
