I have an app on my phone called Yuka and you scan items and it tells you if the product is good or bad and also lists the chemicals.

I don't use anything on my skin that couldn't be eaten. On my body only castor, almond and olive oil. As deodorant coconut oil works very well. For brushing teeth coconut oil+baking soda+peppermintoil

I was told at my IVF clinic not to wear any perfumes, lotions or deodorant or anything fragrance during eggs retrieval bc it affects their quality! I was shocked!
