Why would they let anyone know ahead of time that they were about to launch a missle? That completely defeats the purpose of launching the missle in the first place, they’ll just move whatever the missle was trying to hit. Like come on once they receive advanced notice they’ll just move the target under ground. It doesn’t make logical sense on any side
