when you’re done with the correction retainers, you could get a tooth gem before they take impressions for a clear permanent retainer (unless you do the wire one)

But when you’re done with the Invisalign you can pay for the extra retainers and then do tooth gems and ask them to drill out holes in your retainer for the tooth gems to fit
