Just in formula and daycare, my new baby costs me $20k. Not counting all the other expenses, that’s just those two. That’s a lot of money, Matt. Many don’t have $20k to spare.

Disagree. We have less money than our parents and everything is more expensive than when they were in the workforce. I have a kid and I can't save for her college currently because I'm paying bills.

I can see both sides. Kids are a big sacrifice and they don’t make it easy for us to be parents and work. And you do have to give up a lot , and the end result isn’t worth the sacrifice…..

I’m sorry I adore you but this is incredibly wrong. I’m 31 and I can’t have kids. My household income is far less than that and my rent has almost TRIPLED in my little townhouse in the last 3 years.
