I’m currently managing 2 departments due to one department manager position got eliminated. This was helpful information when I have 1:1 with supervisor. Thank you health care sucks

I set boundaries then when the reorg happened I was pushed out for someone willing to work 12 hour days.

Employees get full, but when everyone is full, if company won’t hire (or worse, people leave and aren’t replaced) what do you do with the overflow. The response is ‘that’s what’s expected’
