I actually don’t suffer from body acne but do get bumpy dry skin. This is a product that I use just before showering. I spray away on dry body skin, leave for a minute or two, then jump into the shower to rinse it off. I found it does sting momentarily, leaves behind a sticky residue, and the scent reminds me of being at the dentist. I use the pre-wash body cleanser 2-times a week and have actually found great results with this product. The red bumps on my shins really have soothed away and my skin feels smoother.
