if a black hole has an acretion disk, then from our perspective 🤔 the matter falling in will always appear frozen at the event horizon. Am I correct?

actually the X-rays detecting satellites were created to detect nuclear explosions ON EARTH , because they shine in X-ray's, the surprise was that X-rays were coming from out of space
