customer also can cause this situation happen. Some customer order food without given blk number or unit number. Then rider reach call and text also no response.

cus all the condo got council and community member even Chairman..they r flying eyes cctv observed every movement..so anything goes problem in the condo premises.the 1st thing..they watapps M.A(Management) and M.A will msg or call Guard Supervisor...so officer attend the issues cases

Rider also need to understand, Guardhouse is not to place Store Food orders. House rules aleeady been implemented. So what rider can do is to call the customer. Why not send to the unit?

Should think of a best way to handle this matter. Is correct guard post is not drop off point but this security guard cannot place the food on the floor.

if delivery driver put inside the guard hse,what happened if the parcel explode, that's why security officer follow SOP and reject the item
