The key is to have a calorie-deficit, not a calorie-shortage. 2. You’re not eating the right foods. If you’re not eating healthy, balanced meals, your body won’t be able to function properly. Make sure you’re loading up on protein and eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 3. You’re not exercising enough. If you’re not getting enough exercise, you’re not going to lose weight. Make sure you’re getting at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day. 4. You’re not sleeping enough. If you’re not getting enough sleep, your body won’t have the energy it needs to function properly. Make sure you’re getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night. 5. You’re under a lot of stress. If you’re constantly stressed, your body will hold onto fat. Make sure you’re taking some time for yourself every day to relax and de-stress. 6. You have a medical condition. If you have a medical condition that makes it difficult to lose weight, talk to your doctor about it. There may be something they can do to help.
