There was another routine later in the 90s. Mentzer has always changed it over the years. My Mentzer routine consists of 3 days (ChestBack;Legs;ArmsDelts). I got them from his book HIT-The Mentzer Way

Good split! I just think you shouldn't do Should Press and then Lateral Raises, since the side are already activated during the Shoulder Press, which can be detrimental.
