Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and cumin. 2. Cook for one minute on each side until nicely browned, then remove from the pan. 3. In a bowl, mix ají amarillo paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. 4. In the same pan, add the chopped onions, garlic, and steak. 5. Pour in the sauce, then add the tomatoes and fries. 6.
