Get dressed before taking them out & try spray wax to keep them tight! Spray wax is a live saver because my hair doesn’t hold shitttt.

So what I do since my hair is so thick and falls flat with curls including heatless curls I do the French braid/ Dutch braid heatless curls I still use the noodle thingy but I do it into a French braid to the back. one it’s easier to sleep with but also you get tight curls then hair spray that bitch before you take the noodle thing out but I also use a lite amount of hair oil before wrapping to keep the frizz to a minimum!!!!
