Omg this happened to me. I was so angry because I only had the machine 2 days. After a 4 hour back and fourth they agreed to send a new module. How did you fix it

just bought mine in September and my laser module will not fire up I have been InTouch with xtool to see what the issue is

I’ve fixed this on my wife’s Xtool on multiple occasions. All you need to do is take the nut off of the threaded piece, pull the laser modules out of the housing and then screw the threaded piece back in until the black plate is flush with the pin housing, put the module back in and put the nut back on and you should be good to go.
