Thank you everyone who has been following and sharing our journey. It means so much to us! ❤️ Can't believe we have just 30 countries to go! If you’re new here, we’ve traveled full-time for 7 years and are currently on a mission to travel to every country in the world. We started dating in high school and got married in 2012. We started taking weekend trips in our van while saving for 4 years for our initial goal: to RV to all 50 states (had no idea this would turn into every country!) But when we were 24, Hud’s dad (our biggest encourager) died of a sudden heart attack. That changed our lives, reminding us that we aren’t guaranteed tomorrow and to live for what matters - for us, this means loving people like Jesus does and living out our quote: “Think of the stories you want to tell someday, then go out and live them.” So we renovated an old RV from Craigslist and spent 2 years traveling the 50 states. Then we moved to Mexico and fell in love with international travel, eventually leading to our current mission: to visit every country in the world. We share the best destinations and experiences to add to your bucket list. I don't know what I did to deserve Emmy, but I'm just thankful she hasn't realized yet that I married majorly up!! 😉 Never in my wildest dreams did I picture getting to visit every country in the world with my best friend. It hasn't always been the easiest, but it has definitely been an adventure! A little back story about how we met. The first picture we have of meeting each other was in 5th grade at a field trip to a sewage factory. (haha not the most romantic beginning 😜) Fast forward to freshman year of high school, Em would come watch my basketball and football games and I would go to her volleyball games. The way she remembers it, every time she would say a few sentences to me I would make some excuse that I had to leave. Whether that is true or not, (haha it is unfortunately true), it must have worked because we started dating the next year, married 7 years after that and now, 18 years after those awkward freshman year conversations we are less than 30 countries away of seeing the world together! In our relationship, I am pretty much the dreamer and Em is the doer. Meaning I say something that even I don't think is possible and she somehow makes it a reality. (Hence why we're traveling to every country in the world). She not only plans every step, carries her own weight, figures out visas, public transportation, budgets, and credit card points. But she's the one who is always excited for each new adventure. Dive with bull sharks, volcano board, skydive, self safari, overland through West Africa. Not to mention she's beautiful, funny and loves God and others! (Even when she's tired!) What I'm trying to say is I couldn't be more in awe and proud of this girl! So thankful God blessed me with you Emmy. Love you so much and so thankful for this journey together. ❤️
