I think it should at LEAST 50/50 male to female because who else knows a woman's body better than another woman? And, that way, male gynos has a female practitioner they can go to for abrupt questions

All my gynos have been men it wasn’t a preference they have done a good job would be nice to find a women because they probably have experience what I have been through but they did a good job
