I also can take it too far and show off and perform a lil too much 🤨Challengers need to be respected and heard in job interviews and can take it too far by being aggressive, asking a lot of tough and ill-timed questions. Questions that are too hard hitting, and almost inappropriate for the situation “I saw on your website that your marketing division found itself in some hot water and is in some legal trouble, can you tell me more about that?” 🤩Harmonizers want to adapt above all else and they can lose themselves by being overly agreeable and accommodating. They so badly want to get along with the team and show that they are eager to fit in that they defer to the interviewer, and not own their opinions, or personality. “Absolutely!” “I don’t mind” “I can fit in wherever” 🥸Examiners see job interviews as something they are either going to get right or wrong so they have a tendency to not open up, stick to a pre-determined script and downplay their personality.
