The worse was a house that had mold in the basement. Someone bought and flipped it. I went to see what they had done and just knowing the basement had mold before made me uncomfortable.

I once toured a rental 2 bed 1 bath property. one of the rooms had a bed and that's all the space it had. the door opened outward and you had to step on the bed 😂 and I am not exaggerating
