A dove head is the only thing that might make a ford run decent. Head design just flat out sucks on fords. Not trashing em just stating facts.

I’ve got a 2003 ford expedition 5.2L and even with a brand new battery, it still drains the battery in a day of sitting, nothing physically on, bout done with it, nuisance!

carberated engines had bigger ports use the old style gaskets or go with a carb it'll run better
