hey, I tried to send a video on Facebook and Instagram. It will not allow me. I did find an email to send the video to of the problem. I'm having of one of the cans I received, but it did allow me to send a video here on TikTok so if you could please go and view it I love love love my MOZI wash..but my blue can came with a seal issue on the side of the can and it's blowing bubbles and all of the detergent came out to where the bubble is in the video I sent you and I didn't drop it or anything. it's just leaking and I'm very sad and I'm just seeing how we can remedy this. I know you guys are awesome even with customer service so I have no doubt it will be addressed, but I'm just letting you know could you please go and look at the video that I sent you. Thank you so much. I love your products
