Hi! You should get into contact with the site superintendent and ask them to educate their crew. It's usually a big no for a crew to disturb the occupants of nearby buildings (even well meaning)

I've heard many guide dog users don't give their dogs real name for this reason. My son has a service dog & he'll tell people his name. So far this hasn't happened to us, where people call out!

I'm an SD handler and one of my friends with a guide dog won't give out their dog's name for this reason 💔 I'm so so sorry, this is not your fault! People don't understand service dogs ugh

I feel like don’t feel bad about yelling back/educating them. Maybe next time you can walk up and inform them so there’s no yelling and you don’t have to keep dealing with cuz it could be unsafe

They should already know not to call your dogs name, people understand also if you don’t want to give out your dogs name, when people ask me I tell them sorry it causes distractions and they usually +
