I hate the 5 year plan! half of interviews just feel like they are trying to have "gotcha" moments where they can determine something about you that has nothing to do with the job just to say no.

There has been a shift on how managers have handled the interview process pre-covid vs now. It seems like now they want no work-life balance and do a lot for a company for very little compensation.
