This morning’s breakfast was quick and satisfying! I used a small Pane Di Casa roll, spread Italian sausage on it, and cooked it face down until golden brown. I scrambled eggs with sour cream, combined it all with some Dijon mustard on the bread, and added tomato sauce and fresh parsley. Simple, tasty, and perfect for a busy morning! Ingredient List: 	•	1 small Pane Di Casa roll 	•	2 Italian sausages (removed from casings) 	•	2 eggs 	•	1 tablespoon sour cream 	•	Olive oil 	•	Salt and pepper to taste 	•	Fresh parsley (chopped) 	•	1 tablespoon mayonnaise 	•	1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 	•	Tomato sauce Recipe: 	1.	Cut the Pane Di Casa roll in half and use the bottom piece. 	2.	Remove the Italian sausages from their casings and spread the sausage meat onto the bread. 	3.	Beat two eggs with a tablespoon of sour cream and set aside. 	4.	Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 	5.	Place the bread with the sausage side down in the hot pan and cook until the sausage is golden brown. 	6.	Quickly add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked. 	7.	Remove the eggs from the pan and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and mayonnaise, then mix to combine. 	8.	Spread Dijon mustard on the cooked sausage side of the bread. 	9.	Add the scrambled eggs on top of the mustard. 	10.	Drizzle with tomato sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. 	11.
