At least they responded. Had a case of both lifts not working (one faulty n the other shutdown for maintenance). No reason given for 6 hrs without lift. Pity the handicap, disable n snr in my block

same problems no proper maintenance schedules, and no proper inspections while monthly servicing I guess.
