@jake.dearden: - Make sure you’re enjoying your training program, if you find your plan boring, change it! - Get your gym stuff prepared the day before. Either have your kit lay out if your getting up early doors to train or have a gym bag ready in your car. Most people don’t actually dread the gym, they dread getting ready for the gym, therefore if you make this process as short as possible it won’t feel as hard. - Make sure your goals are big enough. If your goals don’t motivate you, make them more exciting or bigger. Maybe think about booking a holiday or event to boost motivation. - Make sure you’re getting enough sleep & hydrating enough. If you’re tired, you won’t want to train. - Surround yourself with other people doing the same thing, this will push you! Community is key!
