I wish this was as easy as yall make it seem. I walk 10k plus steps every day, lift 4 times a week, eat well and it’s still a struggle . Maybe it’s my stage of life . Hormones are all “normal”.

At the gym I’m still too embarrassed to lift weights so I just go on the treadmill and walk for an hour at 3.5 and have been adding incline slowly. Currently at incline 6. I’m down almost 60 pounds 😂

I started off walking 5,000 steps a day around my apt and after 3 months increased to 10,000. I went from 200lbs to 167 after 8 months- didn’t change my diet. It just came off with consistency

FACTS! I get at least 10,000 steps per day. Even when I was doing strenuous workouts at the gym, I lost the most weight by simply walking.
